Apollo VX provides vending machine services and support. Customers may contact
our automated support phone line to report vending machine issues such as payment
problems, product not dispensing, or machine outages.
Consent to Receive SMS and Phone Calls
By calling the Apollo VX support line and providing your phone number, you
expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages and/or follow-up
phone calls from Apollo VX related to your vending machine service request.
- Transactional SMS confirmations related to your service request
- Follow-up phone calls related to your service request (if applicable)
These communications are strictly transactional. No marketing or promotional
messages will ever be sent. Message frequency varies based on service activity.

How Customers Opt In
The opt-in process takes place over our automated support phone line (IVR system).
No phone numbers are collected without the caller first being informed of and
agreeing to the following disclosure:

"By providing your phone number, you consent to receive a transactional SMS
confirmation and/or a follow-up phone call from Apollo VX regarding your service
request. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to
opt out of SMS notifications."
The opt-in flow proceeds as follows:
- Customer calls the Apollo VX support phone number
- The automated system presents the consent disclosure above before collecting any contact information
- The customer voluntarily provides their phone number, which constitutes consent to receive SMS and/or voice follow-up
- After the service request is submitted, a transactional SMS confirmation is sent to the number provided
- If needed, a follow-up voice call may be placed to the same number regarding the service request
SMS Notification Details
SMS messages sent by Apollo VX are strictly transactional and relate only to
vending machine service requests.

- Messages are never used for marketing or promotional purposes

Voice Call Details
In addition to SMS, Apollo VX may place outbound follow-up calls to the phone
number provided during the support request. These calls are strictly transactional
and are only made to customers who initiated the original service request and
provided their phone number through the IVR system described above.
